The Brew Madness Game at 7 Brew is a limited-time promotion running from March 1–31, 2026, where customers can scan a QR code at the drive-thru to play for daily prizes. Each participant is allowed one play per day, and every daily play also counts as an entry into the Ford Bronco Grand Prize Drawing, with three Broncos available to be won.
Throughout the promotion, players have the chance to win free drinks, discounts, branded merchandise like 7 Brew apparel, basketball-themed prizes, electronics, and other exclusive items. Rewards members will receive digital prizes loaded directly into their account, while non-members will receive prizes by mail. Participation is open to anyone, and a 7 Brew Rewards account is not required to enter.
