The Bubly Wine Refresher Mother’s Day Eve Sweepstakes, sponsored by High Falls Operating Co., LLC dba BrightSip Beverage Co., offers one winner and a guest up to $5,000 to use towards travel and accommodations at an adult-only resort or beach getaway. The promotion is open to legal U.S. residents aged 21 or older, excluding residents of Arkansas, Maryland, New Jersey, Utah, Washington, and West Virginia.
How to Enter
Entries are accepted from April 1 through May 11, 2026. To enter, participants must follow Bubly Wine Refresher @bublywinerefresher on Instagram, like the designated sweepstakes post, and tag the person they want to celebrate with. There is a limit of one entry per person and two per household during the promotion period.
Winner selection will occur around May 25, 2026, with notification via phone, email, or text. The winner and guest must be 21 or older, and the travel must be booked within ten weeks following notification.
