Kroger Senior Discount

Kroger Senior Discount

Kroger began phasing out it’s ‘Kroger Senior Discount’ about midway through 2015. Some seniors who were already receiving discounts under the Kroger Plus reward card system may still be able to get the discount, but no senior discount will be rewarded to new members.

Are you looking for a Kroger Senior Discount or wondering what age you need to be to get one? Kroger’s grocery store chain is known to have “Senior Days” where you can purchase items at a 10% discount.  The Kroger Senior Discount age is 60 and up. Be sure you check with your local store and get in on your senior discount.

According to Free4Seniors user Kristi – Kroger is no longer signing up new members for their discounts in Texas.

Kroger Co Information

You might be surprised to find out that Kroger was started in 1883 by Barney Kroger. The first store was opened in downtown Cincinnati, OH. Kroger was one of the first gorcery stores to have it’s own bakery inside the store, in a time when most grocers brought in bread from local bakers.
